Return Window

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or order number

Return Process

To return an item, contact returns@lamporiaa.com with your order number and the items to be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
